Below you can access CME tests in three formats:

• Articles from our  Journal for Vascular Ultrasound,
• On-demand webinars (recordings of our live webinars)
• Pre-recorded webcasts

SVU members receive FREE access to more than 40 hours of CME Credit.

Non-members also have access to all CME tests, but must pay the associated fee. Fees vary depending on number of credits and format type and are listed within each item description. If you are not an SVU member and plan on accessing several courses, it is usually more cost-effective to join SVU than to purchase tests a la carte.

NOTE: For each format, you will find two types of CME Credits available:

• SVU-CME Credits (for sonographers, technologists, and other allied health professionals)
• AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ (for physicians, residents and fellows)

Why two versions? In short, the American Medical Association (AMA) has specific standards for CME Credits earned by physicians. While the AMA and SVU-CME versions of tests look similar, SVU is required to keep track of AMA Credits earned through SVU, which is why there are different versions for sonographers and physicians.

The standards for SVU-CME are set by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
