Fall 2020 Course Information
Earn up to 9.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CME Credits!
Plus an additional 3.0 Credits through Pegasus Lectures!
SVU has teamed up with our friends at Pegasus Lectures to bring you a complete RPVI™ Exam Review Course, all from the comfort of your home!
This online RPVI course is designed to review the material needed to pass the PVI examination offered by APCA. The course will be covered over three consecutive nights using interactive meeting software to allow for questions of the participants. The lecture notes will be provided in PDF form so that attendees can follow along with the slides being presented.
So as to keep the number of course days to three and still cover the necessary material, the physics material will be presented in a “hybrid” format. Each attendee will receive access to three Pegasus eCourse modules to watch on demand (preferably before the course date). Specifically, attendees will be given access to a Doppler module, a hemodynamics module, and a module that covers Q&A, bioeffects, and test validation. The “live” online session of the physics will include question based review. The clinical material will be taught over two days in a combination of didactic lectures and case reviews.
