2026 Educational Grants are now closed.

Would you like to attend the SVU 2026 Annual Conference in National Harbor, MD from July 30-August 1, but could use a little financial help?

Let us know in 400-500 words why you should receive a 2026 Annual Conference Educational Grant. Submissions are due no later than April 9, 2026.

Each year, ​SVU awards four technologist/sonographer members, a $500 educational grant to assist in the cost to attend the SVU Annual Conference & Marketplace. The 2026 conference will be held in National Harbor at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center from July 30-August 1. There are still grants available to help cover your Annual Conference registration fee, lodging and/or travel expenses. One of these grants could be yours!

Submission Guidelines:

  • Submit 400-500 words explaining why you should receive a 2026 Annual Conference Educational Grant.
  • Include your full name, mailing address, e-mail, daytime phone number and SVU Membership ID Number (which can be found under Account Info on your SVU profile).

Remember, you must be an SVU member in good standing to apply. Grant funds will be provided after member has confirmed registration for the Annual Conference.
