Annual Conference Educational Grants
The Foundation provides 8 educational grants (4 for students, 4 for sonographers) worth $500 each towards the cost of attending the SVU Annual Conference.
Educational Grants to Attend the 2020 Annual Conference

Would you like to attend the SVU 2020 Annual Conference in New Orleans, LA, August 6-8 but could use a little financial help?
SVU will award four students member, four non-student members, and two international (outside the US) members, a $500 educational grant to assist in the cost to attend.
If you would like to be considered for one of these grants to be used for your Annual Conference registration fee, travel expenses, or hotel room expense, please send an essay of 400-500 words explaining why SVU should award you with one of these 2020 Annual Conference Educational Grants. Your email essay submission must include your full name, mailing address, e-mail address, daytime phone number, SVU Membership ID Number, and whether or not you have attended an SVU Annual Conference within the last four years.
Please note, you must be an SVU member in good standing to apply. Grant will be provided once member has confirmed registration for the Annual Conference.
Anne Jones Scholarship
Each year, the SVU Foundation awards $5,500 (one $2,500 scholarship, three $1,000 scholarships) in scholarships to four students in CAAHEP-accredited vascular ultrasound programs. For more information on how to apply, click here.
