*Students/**Student Nonmember must be full time undergraduate or graduate students and must submit a letter of verification from the department head or registrar certifying your current student status and date of graduation. Student Presenters are not eligible for the $100 discount.
***Resident/Fellows/Medical Student rate is for physicians/medical students training at an accredited hospital. ALL are required to submit proof of status in the form of a letter from their department head or program director.
****Individuals under the age of 21 are not allowed on the exhibit floor at any time. As a consideration to others, children are not permitted in the SVU Annual Conference functions (including all educational sessions).
****Cancellations & Refunds: All requests for refunds and cancellations must be in writing and sent to the SVU national office via email, fax or mail. We will not accept phone cancellations. Refund requests received before July 6, 2019 are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. No refund will be given after July 6, 2019; only a credit will be given toward a future SVU education program within 12 months.

Once again we will have a “New Technology” Vendor Showcase. Attendees will be divided into groups and each group will rotate through the vendors, spending ten minutes at each booth. This has been a huge success in the past and highly rated among attendees.
