Patrick Washko, BSRT, RDMS, RVT, FSVU
Patrick Washko, BSRT, RDMS, RVT, FSVU currently serves as Treasurer of the SVU (2024-Present). He served on the Board of Directors of the Society of Vascular Ultrasound from 2012 to 2017. He is also a fellow of the SVU and served as a past Treasurer and President of the North Carolina Vascular Technologists (NCVT) and Vice President of the North Carolina Ultrasound Society (NCUS). Pat has been an employee of UNC REX Healthcare for the past 25 years where he is the Technical Director for the UNC REX Healthcare North Carolina Heart and Vascular Hospital in Raleigh NC. He has authored chapters in textbooks and journals pertaining to vascular disease. He is a nationally and internationally recognized lecturer and delivers lectures and presentations focused on vascular disease and future technologies. Pat is originally from Swoyersville, Pennsylvania (The Manhattan of Northeastern Pennsylvania) and has appointed himself as the President of the Philadelphia Eagles Fan Club in his own home located in Raleigh, North Carolina. His favorite movie of all time is Rocky .
