Dress Code:
The Annual Conference dress code is business casual. Suits are not necessary. Meeting rooms tend to be cool, so bring a sweater or light jacket with you to the meeting space each day. Dress code for the networking event is casual.

Hotel & Travel

Weather:
Mid to upper 80s, mostly sunny, breeze from the potomac river in the evenings. These are average climate conditions in the area in late July, actual weather conditions may vary.

The Gaylord National Resort is located 7.7 miles from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

Directions to the Ground Transportation Center:

Taxi stands are located on the Baggage Claim (Arrivals) Level (Level 1), outside the terminal; look for signs for "Ground Transportation" or "Taxi," and proceed to the outer curb near Doors 5/6 for Terminal 2 or the third curb for Terminal 1, where a dispatcher manages the line.

From the airport, taxi service ranges from $30-$45, taking about 15-30 minutes depending on the time of day. There is also Uber/Lyft options ranging from $25-$60.
