The Academics Committee reviews various educational opportunities for SVU, such as distance learning proposals, as well as appropriate requests for vascular technology.

Duties include:

  • Assist committee in maintaining and updating materials primarily for educators to be made available to the SVU membership.
  • Review requests from educational accrediting agencies on standards updates and policy changes and make recommendations to SVU.
  • Participate in periodic phone conference call.
