New Executive Director Announced

The Society for Vascular Ultrasound is proud to announce that Carol Dingeldey has been selected as the next Executive Director of SVU.

Carol brings over 30 years of experience in the association management field, with a focus on healthcare. She has been the Executive Director of the Connecticut State Dental Association (CDSA) since 2006.

“It’s an honor to be appointed as the next Executive Director of such a dynamic and forward focused organization!” said Carol. “I’m impressed with the dedication and enthusiasm that the Board of Directors has for the future of the organization, and I’m excited to begin working with the leadership to achieve great things for the SVU!”

“I am excited to introduce Carol to our members,” said SVU President Kelly Byrnes. “I am certain that Carol has what it takes to grow SVU and lead us into the future.”

Carol will officially begin her role as Executive Director in July 2021, but will immediately begin working with SVU staff and the Board of Directors to ensure a smooth transition.
